Responsibilities<ul><li>
Scheduling and Coverage: Schedule med techs to ensure adequate coverage for medication administration.</li><li>
Medication Audits and Distribution: Perform weekly medication audits to ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulatory guidelines and distribute medications to residents in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Staff Development and Management: Provide guidance and training to med techs, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents.</li><li>
Quality Outcomes: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality outcomes are met, and that our residents receive the best possible care.</li><li>
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all medication administration and distribution practices comply with NYS DOH regulatory guidelines and Symphony Manor at Lancaster's policies and procedures.</li></ul>
