Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export documentation requirements.</li><li>Prepare and manage trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and regulatory filings.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and vendors to secure timely and cost-effective shipment movements.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates, insurance, duties, and other costs to optimize logistics spend.</li><li>Monitor shipment status and resolve transport delays, customs issues, or compliance challenges.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for senior management review.</li><li>Keep updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international compliance standards.</li><li>Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align import/export activities with business objectives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in import/export management or international logistics.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of customs compliance, trade documentation, and global logistics.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/trade management systems a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,286.47 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Import: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Saket, Delhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
