Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, customs regulations, and import/export documentation requirements.
- Prepare and manage trade documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and vendors to secure timely and cost-effective shipment movements.
- Negotiate freight rates, insurance, duties, and other costs to optimize logistics spend.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transport delays, customs issues, or compliance challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for senior management review.
- Keep updated on changes in trade regulations, tariffs, and international compliance standards.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align import/export activities with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in import/export management or international logistics.
- Thorough knowledge of customs compliance, trade documentation, and global logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/trade management systems a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,286.47 per month
