Responsibilities <ul><li>Responsible for assessing and analyzing the issues with the production environment.</li><li>Provide optimized solutions to fix the issues and even automate the fixes.</li><li>Identify potential bottlenecks in a system and propose improvements.</li><li>Support multiple applications and infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot production systems and self-learn new tools and technologies as per project requirements.</li><li>Document and share knowledge of developed or maintained solutions.</li><li>Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle and implementation.</li><li>Independent thinker with a problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic.</li></ul> About you <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant course.</li><li>At least 10 years of related experience in managing technical delivery team (overall experience of at least 10 years).</li><li>Track record in leading large teams (20+ people) across multiple projects running in parallel.</li><li>Strong experience in the Banking industry (primarily Retail banking; additional experience on Wealth is preferred).</li><li>Experience with communication to senior stakeholders / C-suite.</li><li>Ability to deep-dive into the details of each project and help the team progress.</li><li>Experience in operating and managing AWS environment.</li><li>Ability to travel to Riyadh (at least 50% of the time, 2 weeks onsite and 2 weeks remote).</li><li>Flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday (based on Saudi Arabia working days).</li><li>Experience using a tool called Sumologic.</li><li>Great Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li></ul> Why us <ul><li>Flexible working hours with part-time working models and hybrid options</li><li>Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market</li><li>Modern and central office space with good public transport connections</li><li>Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture</li><li>Varied events and employee initiatives</li></ul> Your documents to start the process <ul><li>Resume</li><li>Job references</li><li>Qualifications (bachelor / master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades</li><li>Motivation letter : Why Synpulse?
