We work with international clients across industries including real estate, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Our team builds and manages automation systems, CRMs, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows to help businesses scale efficiently. We are now looking to grow our brand presence and authority on Instagram and LinkedIn with consistent, high-quality content.About the Role We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive who will take ownership of Systemapic&rsquo;s content planning, posting, and performance across platforms. A key focus will be helping our founder stay organized to shoot and publish Reels consistently. This role requires someone with prior IT/tech industry exposure to better understand our services, client projects, and the business automation space.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Systemapic&rsquo;s business goals.</li><li>Manage daily posting and scheduling on Instagram and LinkedIn (other platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts optional).</li><li>Organize a content calendar for Reels, carousels, and posts, ensuring smooth coordination for shoot days.</li><li>Write clear, engaging captions and ideas that align with our brand voice.</li><li>Track performance analytics and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and growth.</li><li>Monitor trends, competitors, and hashtags relevant to automation, CRM, and business consulting.</li><li>Coordinate with design resources when needed for visuals, carousels, and creative assets.</li><li>Support in managing paid campaigns (if required) for reach and lead generation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management (agency or in-house).</li><li>Prior experience handling social media for an IT, SaaS, or digital services brand is mandatory.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and growth strategies.</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent writing, storytelling, and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva/Photoshop, and scheduling apps.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and ensure consistency in posting.</li><li>Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package: PKR 45,000 &ndash; 60,000/month</li><li>Direct exposure to global IT and automation projects</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A collaborative, organized, and professional work setup</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
