If you are not afraid taking challenges head-on, learning on the job and looking to make a real impact at work &ndash; Syscon is the place to be!Position :- Jr. Accounts ExecutiveJob Title: Jr.Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Mulund, MumbaiJob Type: - Full TimeSalary: &#8377;15,000 - &#8377;25,000 per monthKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by posting entries to the general ledger and reconciling accounts.</li><li>Invoicing: Assist in generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records of all transactions.</li><li>Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.</li><li>Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including verification, coding, and processing.</li><li>Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.</li><li>Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.</li><li>Support Audits: Help prepare for audits by gathering and organizing financial data as requested.</li><li>Other Tasks: Provide support to the accounting team as required, including filing, documentation, and data entry.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficient in Advance Excel &amp; MS Excel and financial analysis.</li></ul>A great candidate will be:1.
