RaigadJob Type: - Full Time Salary: &#8377;15,000 - &#8377;25,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:Raw Material Procurement<ul><li>Manage and oversee the purchasing of raw materials (e.g., steel) essential for wire production.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals.</li><li>Monitor raw material market trends and anticipate price changes or supply chain disruptions.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.</li><li>Track inventory, forecast requirements, and plan procurement cycles accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.</li></ul>Vendor Management &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Identify potential new suppliers, evaluate their reliability, and build long-term relationships.</li><li>Conduct periodic assessments of supplier performance, including quality, delivery times, and pricing.</li><li>Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers to maintain smooth supply operations.</li></ul>Purchase Orders &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the company&rsquo;s procurement policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain records for auditing purposes and prepare reports on purchase activities.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Work closely with the finance team to manage procurement budgets and reduce costs wherever possible.</li><li>Analyze pricing trends and report on opportunities to minimize purchase costs.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure all raw materials meet the required quality standards.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements in procurement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Experience in the steel industry or a related field.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and sales software.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li></ul>Excellent communication and listening skills&middot; Excellent computer skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel)&middot; Organizational and Leadership abilities&middot; Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli&middot; Experience: 1-3 yearsSkills1.
