Role :-As an HR &amp;Admin Executive, your role will involve ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination of office operations. Stay up-to-date with licensing requirements and government rules. Oversee the maintenance and security of factory premises Attendance , Payroll . Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and joining formalities.</li><li>Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents.</li><li>Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Monitor and maintain daily attendance and leave records.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts department for monthly payroll processing.</li><li>Handle overtime, leave encashment, and attendance discrepancies.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Address employee queries and grievances promptly.</li><li>Assist in planning and conducting employee engagement programs, events, and celebrations.</li><li>Maintain healthy workplace communication and discipline.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain personnel files, records, and HR databases.</li><li>Support statutory compliance activities &mdash; PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labour law requirements.</li><li>Assist in audits and compliance documentation.</li></ul>5. Performance &amp; Training<ul><li>Support performance appraisal process.</li><li>Maintain training records and assist in skill development initiatives.</li></ul>6. HR Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and submit HR MIS reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment, etc.).</li><li>Support management with HR analytics and data as required.</li></ul>7.
