T1 Energy is seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li>
Analyze current workflows, systems, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Lead and support cross-functional Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions.</li><li>
Develop and implement Lean initiatives, 5S programs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>
Collaborate with department leaders to align improvement efforts with overall business goals.</li><li>
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes using KPIs and dashboards.</li><li>
Train and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and techniques.</li><li>
Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Who You Are:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or manufacturing environments.</li><li>
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).</li><li>
Background in logistics, supply chain, or production scaling.</li></ul>
