Position Summary
T1 Energy is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Training &amp; Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for our high-volume solar module manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and certifications necessary to meet production goals, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, including safety orientation, equipment operation, and quality standards.</li><li>
Design and update training materials (manuals, visual aids, e-learning modules) tailored to solar panel production processes.</li><li>
Monitor training effectiveness through key performance indicators such as production errors, safety incidents, and skill assessments; recommend and implement improvements as needed.</li><li>
Maintain accurate training records/attendance records and certification logs in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training solutions.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement initiatives by conducting training on new equipment, process changes, and lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).</li><li>
Assist with cross-training programs to build workforce flexibility and minimize production downtime.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Training &amp; Development, Industrial Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing training role; experience in electronics, semiconductor, or solar manufacturing preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and hands-on training methods.</li><li>
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, ISO quality standards, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) compliance.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift production environment.</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.</li><li>
Able to present in front of 10-100 team members.</li></ul>
Work Environment:<ul><li>
Combination of office setting and production floor environment; includes standing, walking, and regular movement.</li><li>
May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing.</li></ul>
Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time</li><li>
May require occasional evening or weekend training sessions to accommodate multiple shifts.</li></ul>

The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire a high-energy, results-driven High-Volume Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for filling a high number of requisitions across entry-level, hourly, or salary roles while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at pipeline management, and can balance efficiency with strong relationship-building skills.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Workforce Planning &amp; Intake:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to forecast high-volume hiring needs</li><li>Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and timelines</li><li>Develop scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals</li></ul>
High-Volume Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development:<ul><li>Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, job fairs, and social platforms</li><li>Manage large applicant pools and build continuous pipelines</li><li>Utilize automated sourcing tools and mass outreach strategies</li><li>Host virtual or in-person hiring events</li></ul>
Screening &amp; Interview Coordination:<ul><li>Conduct high-volume phone or video screenings daily</li><li>Quickly assess candidate qualifications and availability</li><li>Coordinate and schedule multiple interviews per day</li><li>Partner with hiring teams to streamline decision-making</li></ul>
Offer Management &amp; Onboarding Support:<ul><li>Extend and negotiate offers within approved guidelines</li><li>Ensure rapid turnaround from interview to offer</li><li>Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements</li><li>Support onboarding processes to reduce candidate drop-off</li></ul>
Metrics &amp; Process Optimization:<ul><li>Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as:</li><li>Time-to-fill</li><li>Time-to-start</li><li>Offer acceptance rate</li><li>Candidate drop-off rate</li><li>Daily/weekly hiring targets</li></ul>
