Registered Nurse II (RN II) &ndash; Non-Clinical Case ManagementLocation: Madison, WI (WIARNG Joint Force Headquarters)Employer: T47 International, Inc.Compensation:&middot; Base Rate: $34.38/hour&middot; Health &amp; Welfare (H&amp;W): $5.09/hour&middot; Total Compensation: $39.47/hour (fully loaded)T47 also offers competitive benefits, professional development, and a mission-driven work environment supporting U.S. Service Members.Position OverviewT47 International is seeking a Registered Nurse II (RN II) to provide non-clinical case management services in support of the Wisconsin Army National Guard&rsquo;s Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) program.This role focuses on care coordination, medical readiness tracking, and administrative case management, ensuring Service Members meet medical deployment requirements and maintain readiness.You are not just filling a role&mdash;you are directly contributing to the readiness and well-being of those who serve.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Manage and coordinate non-clinical medical cases to support IMR/FMR goals&middot; Track, monitor, and document medical readiness metrics and case progress&middot; Coordinate with military medical staff, providers, and external resources&middot; Review medical records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance&middot; Provide education and guidance to Service Members on care plans and requirements&middot; Support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events (may require periodic travel)&middot; Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, PII, and DoD regulationsMinimum Qualifications:&middot; Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license&middot; Experience in:o Case Management, ORo Clinical nursing with administrative/coordination responsibilities&middot; Strong knowledge of medical documentation and care coordination processes&middot; Ability to work independently in a structured, government environmentSecurity &amp; Clearance Requirements:&middot; Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)&middot; Requires favorable completion of a Tier 1 background investigation (NACI)&middot; Must pass an FBI fingerprint check&middot; Ability to obtain access to DoD systems and installations&middot; Must complete required training:o Cyber Awareness / Information Assuranceo OPSEC &amp; Anti-Terrorism (AT Level I)o HIPAA Training&middot; May be required to obtain a security clearance depending on dutiesWork Environment:&middot; Monday &ndash; Friday, typically between 6:30 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM&middot; Occasional evening/weekend support based on mission needs&middot; Work performed on-site at a military installation&middot; Professional, structured, mission-focused environmentWhy T47?At T47 International, we combine operational excellence with mission purpose.
