Registered Nurse II (RN II) – Non-Clinical Case Management

· Base Rate: $34.38/hour
· Health & Welfare (H&W): $5.09/hour
· Total Compensation: $39.47/hour (fully loaded)

Position Overview
T47 International is seeking a Registered Nurse II (RN II) to provide non-clinical case management services in support of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) program.
This role focuses on care coordination, medical readiness tracking, and administrative case management, ensuring Service Members meet medical deployment requirements and maintain readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate non-clinical medical cases to support IMR/FMR goals
· Track, monitor, and document medical readiness metrics and case progress
· Coordinate with military medical staff, providers, and external resources
· Review medical records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
· Provide education and guidance to Service Members on care plans and requirements
· Support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events (may require periodic travel)
· Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, PII, and DoD regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
· Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
· Experience in:
o Case Management, OR
o Clinical nursing with administrative/coordination responsibilities
· Strong knowledge of medical documentation and care coordination processes
· Ability to work independently in a structured, government environment
Security & Clearance Requirements:
· Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
· Requires favorable completion of a Tier 1 background investigation (NACI)
· Must pass an FBI fingerprint check
· Ability to obtain access to DoD systems and installations
· Must complete required training:
o Cyber Awareness / Information Assurance
o OPSEC & Anti-Terrorism (AT Level I)
o HIPAA Training
· May be required to obtain a security clearance depending on duties
Work Environment:
· Monday – Friday, typically between 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
· Occasional evening/weekend support based on mission needs
· Work performed on-site at a military installation
