We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst – Finance to assist the Sr. Finance Manager in delivering key financial reporting and planning activities. The ideal candidate will support month-end closing, financial planning and analysis, and help drive accurate and timely reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.<ul><li>Assist the Sr. Finance Manager with financial reporting and month-end closing in compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Support financial planning and analysis, including monthly MIS preparation, annual budgeting, and forecasting cycles.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support other finance-related tasks as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), cash flow management, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and accounting principles.</li></ul>

Financial Analyst

Financial:<ul><li>To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value</li><li>Achieve budgeted Receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory.</li></ul>Trade:<ul><li>To maintain harmonious PR with trade & team and prompt & efficient customer service at all times</li><li>100% compliance to journey plans</li><li>Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times.</li><li>To achieve set KPIs on Coverage, Productivity, Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms).</li><li>Frequently evaluate route efficiencies, to achieve targeted productivity measures set per van/route</li><li>To achieve targeted numeric and weighted distribution per brand/sku</li><li>Ensure van loadograms are maintained at all times</li><li>Ensure multiple loading of most vans every day to avoid oos in vans/trade.</li><li>To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and also explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance.</li><li>To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.</li><li>To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.</li><li>To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO.</li><li>To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.</li><li>To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.</li><li>To execute all promotional/activation etc as per targeted norms/timelines.</li><li>Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends</li><li>To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)</li><li>To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to Van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings etc).</li></ul>OTHER:<ul><li>To rigorously comply with all SOPs with regard to Van maintenance , Van loadograms, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings, HR, office discipline & protocol etc).</li><li>To ensure compliance with IAU guidelines with regard to cash and inventory management at all times.</li><li>To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.</li></ul>

Van Sales Supervisor

1. JOB PURPOSETo maintain the availability and visibility in the modern trade outlets (supermarkets), ensure the visibility for all the listed products as per the targeted planogram and display location, using all the relevant POSM at all times. 2. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS§ OUTSIDE INTERACTION WITH: Trade (Store manager/ Supervisor/Storekeeper/ Section in charge.§ INSIDE INTERACTION WITH: Team leader, SR, SS, SM, Sales Coordinators. 3. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS<ul><li>To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times</li><li>100% compliance to journey plans.</li><li>100% Adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives.</li><li>To achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)</li><li>Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy, 100% follow the FIFO.</li><li>Prompt execution of all the display drives.</li><li>To ensure all-round availability of listed SKU’s in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.</li><li>To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.</li><li>To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior).</li><li>Ensure 100% implementation of all the visibility contract and promptly report deviance (if any)</li><li>Reporting competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends</li><li>To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)</li><li>To comply with daily reporting timing and duty hours.</li><li>Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening.</li></ul> OTHER:§ To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony. 4. Responsible for performing day to day work at staff quarters. Manage staff quarters supplies, maintain the staff accommodation safety and security system Reporting all kind of maintenance issue to concerned departments. Implementing the staff accommodation rules and regulations. Maintain the staff quarters stock & Inventory. · Responsible to perform all day to day activities at staff accommodation.· Make sure the accommodation premise is clean. Monitor the accommodation staff and outsource staff used by the company for maintaining cleanliness.· Monitoring the Cooks & Helpers at Kitchen & Responsible to send the food to all locations.· Ensure the cleanness of kitchen & hygiene, safety and food preparing at staff quarters mess.· Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the accommodation.· Coordinating the maintenance and repair issues to the concerned department.· Assisting the HR officer shared service for staff accommodation related purchase.· Maintain the stock & inventory of concerned staff quarters.· Implementing staff accommodation rules and regulations.· Monitoring the consumption of electricity and water.· Perform the staff accommodation welfare activities (Pest control & Water tank cleaning).· Cooperating with all staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.· Comply with all Municipality, civil defense rules and standards.· Responsible to maintain all types of periodical maintenance of equipment’s and systems at staff quarters.· Responsible to maintain filing at staff accommodation.· Responsible to complete additional tasks assigned by HR dept.
