This position offers a rewarding opportunity to showcase your negotiation talents and administrative prowess in a fast-paced, supportive environment.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Engage with prospective tenants through phone calls, in-person tours, and digital communication to promote available apartments and community amenities.</li><li>Conduct thorough property showings, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate lease agreements.</li><li>Manage leasing documentation accurately using Yardi or OneSite property management software, including contracts, applications, and legal paperwork.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws during all leasing activities.</li><li>Handle conflict management situations professionally, resolving tenant concerns or disputes swiftly while maintaining positive relationships.</li><li>Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of leasing activities, tenant files, and maintenance requests.</li><li>Upsell additional community services or upgrades to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in property leasing within a property management or real estate environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, negotiation, and contract management to close leases effectively.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle office tasks including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette confidently.</li><li>Experience in legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements and property operations.</li><li>Ability to manage conflict professionally while maintaining a positive outlook.
