About the Role T&amp;L Process Solutions is seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to support housing authority related initiatives and operational improvement efforts.This role is ideal for someone who can:<ul><li>Step into a complex environment and quickly learn how teams operate</li><li>Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to both processes and projects</li><li>Work closely with directors, department leaders, and cross functional teams</li><li>Create process maps, write SOPs, and support project planning and execution</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve operations through practical use of the latest AI technology and other emerging tools</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand, evaluate, and document current business processes across departments</li><li>Create clear process maps, workflow diagrams, SOPs, and other operational documentation</li><li>Partner with department leaders to define project scope, priorities, goals, and next steps</li><li>Help organize and manage projects from planning through execution using structured PMO practices and tools</li><li>Track action items, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project progress</li><li>Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in current workflows and recommend practical improvements</li><li>Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams</li><li>Support standardization of processes and creation of repeatable frameworks across departments</li><li>Explore opportunities to leverage AI and other modern technologies to improve efficiency, communication, and service delivery</li><li>Help bridge the gap between strategic ideas and day to day operational execution</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business analysis, operations, or a related field</li><li>Strong experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and SOP development</li><li>Experience using project management or PMO tools to support planning, coordination, and execution</li><li>Ability to gather information from stakeholders and turn it into clear documentation and actionable plans</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and follow through skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with housing authorities, government agencies, or regulated organizations</li><li>Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies</li><li>Experience supporting directors or department leaders in defining and advancing operational initiatives</li><li>Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies that can improve business processes</li><li>Developer experience or hands on experience with rapid AI assisted prototyping and vibe coding is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible hours</li><li>Remote work arrangement with planned travel as needed</li><li>Opportunity to work on meaningful operational improvement initiatives</li><li>Hands on exposure to the latest AI technology and practical ways to apply it in real business processes</li><li>Potential for full time employment after the initial contract period</li></ul>Contract Details<ul><li>6 month contractor role</li><li>Option to transition into a full time position based on business needs and performance</li></ul>Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
