T-Shirts By Design is a locally owned screen printing and embroidery shop serving schools, teams, and businesses across the Pacific Northwest. We&rsquo;re looking for a Graphic Designer / DTF Printer Operator to join our creative team &mdash; someone who&rsquo;s passionate about clean, effective design and enjoys seeing their work come to life on apparel.About the Role This position blends digital design and hands-on production, perfect for someone who loves both the creative and technical sides of custom printing. You&rsquo;ll design logos and apparel layouts, prepare production files, and run our DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer to produce transfers used in our shop.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and refine artwork for schools, universities, teams, and business clients</li><li>Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF applications</li><li>Operate and maintain the DTF printer and heat press equipment</li><li>Ensure high-quality color matching, sizing, and print alignment</li><li>Collaborate with clients and our internal production team on mockups and approvals</li><li>Organize digital assets and maintain design consistency across projects</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); Photoshop and Canva experience a plus</li><li>Strong eye for branding and typography</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple design requests and deadlines</li><li>Experience with apparel design or print production preferred</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new production processes</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Flexibility<ul><li>Approximately 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)</li><li>Hybrid work possible, but in-person hours are required each week for production work</li></ul>To Apply Email your portfolio to isabelle@tsbydesign.com.
