This is a rare opportunity to tell a compelling story about craft, quality, and American-made products to an audience that cares.You'll have creative freedom to experiment, direct photoshoots, create content, and connect with customers who are making significant emotional and financial investments in their homes. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build something real rather than be a cog in an agency machine.What You'll Do<ul><li>Build and manage our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) with content that has soul&mdash;behind-the-scenes workshop footage, craftsmanship details, customer stories, not just product plugs</li><li>Create compelling visual content that showcases the beauty and quality of solid wood furniture</li><li>Work with our writer to develop content strategy and bring written stories to life visually</li><li>Manage email marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships and drive sales</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights) to optimize strategy</li><li>Direct photography and styling (yes, you'll get your hands dirty arranging furniture and staging shots)</li><li>Coordinate with our engineer on technical implementation as needed</li><li>Test, iterate, and improve based on what actually works</li></ul>What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:<ul><li>Exceptional eye for visuals, design, and aesthetics&mdash;you know beautiful when you see it</li><li>Comfort with data and analytics (Google Analytics, social insights, basic Excel/spreadsheets)</li><li>High energy and genuine enthusiasm for creating content</li><li>Strong writing and communication skills</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends</li><li>Self-starter mentality&mdash;you see what needs to be done and do it</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves:<ul><li>Degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field</li><li>Photography or video editing experience</li><li>Internship experience at design-forward brands or agencies</li><li>Passion for furniture, interior design, or craftsmanship</li><li>Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Starting salary: $50,000-$55,000 (very competitive for Columbus entry-level)</li><li>Creative freedom to experiment and build something from scratch</li><li>Work with a 21-year-old established business that values quality and craft</li><li>Small team environment where your work directly impacts the business</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company and develop your skills</li><li>Work with beautiful products that you'll actually be proud to showcase</li></ul>How to ApplySend us:<ul><li>Your resume</li><li>A brief cover letter explaining why you're excited about this role</li><li>Links to your social media accounts or portfolio (we want to see your aesthetic!)</li><li>Three furniture or home brands you think do marketing well and a sentence on why for each</li></ul>We're excited to meet you.
