This role requires someone who understands how to grow an IT services brand organically across platforms while generating visibility, engagement, leads, and long-term brand value.The candidate will work closely with leadership, design, and sales teams to create impactful campaigns and establish TA Solutions as a strong digital brand in the tech industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management &amp; Organic Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Create and manage content calendars aligned with company goals and industry trends.</li><li>Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility through creative content strategies.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.</li><li>Build a strong employer and brand presence within the IT and tech industry.</li></ul>Content Strategy &amp; Branding<ul><li>Plan and oversee engaging content including:</li><li>Social media posts</li><li>Carousels</li><li>Reels/short-form videos</li><li>Case studies</li><li>Company updates</li><li>Employer branding content</li><li>Tech-focused educational content</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams for visually appealing and high-performing content.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and identity across all platforms.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.</li><li>Generate insights from engagement, impressions, leads, and audience behavior.</li><li>Optimize strategies based on performance metrics and trends.</li><li>Prepare monthly growth and performance reports.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Support organic lead generation initiatives through social media and digital campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with growth goals.</li><li>Explore community engagement, partnerships, and networking opportunities for brand visibility.</li></ul>Strategic Growth Initiatives<ul><li>Research competitor strategies and emerging digital trends.</li><li>Identify innovative ways to position TA Solutions within the IT services market.</li><li>Contribute ideas for company growth, digital campaigns, and audience expansion.</li></ul>*Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, digital growth, or brand management.</li><li>Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and organic growth strategies.</li><li>Experience creating engaging content for tech or IT-related brands.</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, content planning, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.</li></ul>*Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working in an IT services or software company.</li><li>Understanding of personal branding and employer branding strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of video content trends and short-form content creation.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and audience targeting.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or content scheduling platforms is a plus.</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
