Role Description

TA Solutions is looking for a creative and growth-driven Digital Growth & Social Media Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s digital presence through organic marketing strategies, social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and brand positioning. This role requires someone who understands how to grow an IT services brand organically across platforms while generating visibility, engagement, leads, and long-term brand value.

The candidate will work closely with leadership, design, and sales teams to create impactful campaigns and establish TA Solutions as a strong digital brand in the tech industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  • Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility through creative content strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Build a strong employer and brand presence within the IT and tech industry.

Content Strategy & Branding

  • Plan and oversee engaging content including:
  • Social media posts
  • Carousels
  • Reels/short-form videos
  • Case studies
  • Company updates
  • Employer branding content
  • Tech-focused educational content
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for visually appealing and high-performing content.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and identity across all platforms.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate insights from engagement, impressions, leads, and audience behavior.
  • Optimize strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Prepare monthly growth and performance reports.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Support organic lead generation initiatives through social media and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with growth goals.
  • Explore community engagement, partnerships, and networking opportunities for brand visibility.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Research competitor strategies and emerging digital trends.
  • Identify innovative ways to position TA Solutions within the IT services market.
  • Contribute ideas for company growth, digital campaigns, and audience expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital growth, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience creating engaging content for tech or IT-related brands.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, content planning, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

  • Experience working in an IT services or software company.
  • Understanding of personal branding and employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of video content trends and short-form content creation.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and audience targeting.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or content scheduling platforms is a plus.
