Overview We seek compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Medication Technicians to provide essential support to individuals needing assistance. As a Caregiver and Med Tech, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors in a memory care community, ensuring they receive the care and companionship they deserve. This position requires a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment while promoting independence and dignity.*Caregiver pay range starts from $18.00 to $20.00. Med Tech pay range starts from $20.00 to $22.00.*Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.</li><li>If a Med Tech, provide medication to residents as required by physician.</li><li>Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring as needed.</li><li>Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.</li><li>Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility challenges.</li><li>Experience working with individuals with memory care issues is a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.</li><li>Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others live independently.</li><li>Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.</li></ul>Join our team of dedicated caregivers who make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
