Hiring for Medication Technicians and Caregivers

Overview
We seek compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Medication Technicians to provide essential support to individuals needing assistance. As a Caregiver and Med Tech, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors in a memory care community, ensuring they receive the care and companionship they deserve. This position requires a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment while promoting independence and dignity.

*Caregiver pay range starts from $18.00 to $20.00. Med Tech pay range starts from $20.00 to $22.00.*

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• If a Med Tech, provide medication to residents as required by physician.
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring as needed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.
• Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility challenges.
• Experience working with individuals with memory care issues is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others live independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
