Must be Available Thursday - SaturdayWhat you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.</li><li>Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to keep the bar fully stocked.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and catering events.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in a bartending role within a fine dining or nightclub environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.</li><li>Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We believe that great teams create great experiences!
