What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to keep the bar fully stocked.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and catering events.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in a bartending role within a fine dining or nightclub environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
