CAD Position:<ul><li>MUST have experience with misc. metals- gates, railing, handrails, structural Steel</li><li>Minimum 5 years of Autocad experience</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend blueprints</li><li>Ability to take site dimensions</li><li>Work with customers on establishing design</li><li>Identify onsite conflicts with dimensions</li><li>Knowledge of hardware, materials and fabrication procedures</li><li>Knowledge of installation procedures</li><li>Create drawings for permit submittal</li><li>Knowledge of Excel, Office and Word</li><li>Organizational skills and file management on computer</li><li>Compose emails</li><li>Discuss and order hardware and material with vendors</li><li>Have a high level of detail</li><li>Forward thinking ability</li><li>Ability to keep up with the work for shop flow</li><li>Conceptual design</li><li>Must have excellent problem solving skills and conflict resolution</li><li>Produce drawings for fabrication shop</li><li>Estimate and provide change orders</li><li>Add to product library</li><li>Work with vendors, waterjet and laser cutting</li><li>Onsite coordination of installation if required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
