Job Overview: HVAC company looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support our day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with permits and related paperwork</li><li>Handle insurance documentation and follow-ups</li><li>Manage billing and payments</li><li>Support estimating</li><li>Answer phones and assist customers</li><li>Keep files, records, and documents organized</li><li>Provide general office support as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe</li><li>Good organization and multitasking ability</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Previous office experience preferred (HVAC or construction experience is a plus)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
