HVAC company looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with permits and related paperwork
- Handle insurance documentation and follow-ups
- Manage billing and payments
- Support estimating
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Keep files, records, and documents organized
- Provide general office support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe
- Good organization and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous office experience preferred (HVAC or construction experience is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
