Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
HVAC company looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff member to support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with permits and related paperwork
  • Handle insurance documentation and follow-ups
  • Manage billing and payments
  • Support estimating
  • Answer phones and assist customers
  • Keep files, records, and documents organized
  • Provide general office support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe
  • Good organization and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous office experience preferred (HVAC or construction experience is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
