 I&rsquo;m working with an early-stage, technically-driven startup that&rsquo;s doing something pretty wild, building autonomous AI systems that can run full end-to-end loops, detect issues, test ideas, and resolve problems on their own. It&rsquo;s one of those &ldquo;this shouldn&rsquo;t exist yet&rdquo; kinds of projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 They&rsquo;re tiny right now, and the founders are extremely technical (deep backgrounds across AI, security, and distributed systems). The vibe is more cutting-edge-research than corporate. Super hands-on, big ownership, and huge problems to tackle.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;d be:
 
 
 
 &bull; Building generative AI agents that autonomously identify and test issues
 
 
 &bull; Designing backend + inference systems for large models
 
 
 &bull; Working with LLMs, agent frameworks, reasoning loops, memory systems
 
 
 &bull; Deploying to real customer environments and seeing impact fast
 
 
 
 
 
 
 They&rsquo;re looking for someone who:
 
 
 
 &bull; Is excellent with Python + backend fundamentals
 
 
 &bull; Has hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems
 
 
 &bull; Understands API design and databases (esp. Postgres)
 
 
 &bull; Knows how to design reliable backend architecture
 
 
 &bull; Likes small teams, high ownership, and fast iteration
