Unlike large organisations where graduates can become one of hundreds of junior developers, you'll work directly alongside experienced engineers, senior leadership and enterprise clients.

✅ What You'll Be Doing

• Building modern applications using React and Next.js
• Developing backend services with Python and Node.js
• Creating APIs and integrations
• Working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Building data pipelines and workflows
• Supporting rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
• Working closely with customers to understand requirements
• Helping turn innovative ideas into production-ready solutions

This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle rather than being confined to a small part of a larger team.
