 Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Coordinate with customs broker and follow up on clearance steps&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Create and manage ACID numbers&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Handle CargoX and Nafeza submissions&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Upload and review shipping documents&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Follow up on shipment status, ETA, DO, and free time&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Communicate with shipping lines and clients&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Solve clearance issues and ensure smooth cargo release&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Maintain accurate records and documentation
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - 1&ndash;3 years experience in customs clearance or logistics operations&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Strong knowledge of ACID, CargoX, and Nafeza&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Good understanding of shipping documents&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Ability to work under pressure&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 - Good English is a plus
