Job Title: Operations & Customs Coordination Officer  

Location: Nasr City – Cairo  

Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:  

- Coordinate with customs broker and follow up on clearance steps  

- Create and manage ACID numbers  

- Handle CargoX and Nafeza submissions  

- Upload and review shipping documents  

- Follow up on shipment status, ETA, DO, and free time  

- Communicate with shipping lines and clients  

- Solve clearance issues and ensure smooth cargo release  

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:  

- 1–3 years experience in customs clearance or logistics operations  

- Strong knowledge of ACID, CargoX, and Nafeza  

- Good understanding of shipping documents  

- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills  

- Ability to work under pressure  

- Good English is a plus
