We are seeking an experienced Steel Sheet Metal Designer with strong expertise in SolidWorks sheet metal, AutoCAD, Tekla 3D, and other relevant design software. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of machinery, fabrication processes, and site installation for a wide range of steel works, including:<ul><li>Fire-rated steel doors</li><li>Steel partitions</li><li>Metal ceilings</li><li>Exterior fa&ccedil;ade panels</li><li>Steel structures</li><li>Main gates and decorative metal works</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for steel sheet metal works.</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication.</li><li>Supervise installation works at site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure fire-rated doors and partitions comply with required standards and certifications.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical reviews and approvals.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of all works.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in steel sheet metal design and site installation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fire-rated systems, steel partitions, ceilings, fa&ccedil;ades, and structural steel works.</li><li>Proficiency in SolidWorks (Sheet Metal), AutoCAD, Tekla 3D, and related design software.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in GCC projects.</li><li>Knowledge of international fire-rating standards and fabrication codes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Steel Sheet Metal Designer (Design, Fabrication & Installation)

We are looking for an experienced Joinery &amp; Steel Estimator with strong Quantity Surveying (QS) expertise to join our team.Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in joinery and steel works estimation and QS activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery, steel, and metal works projects</li><li>Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs, and specifications</li><li>Prepare and analyze BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams</li><li>Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering</li><li>Support contract administration and final accounts</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator / QS in joinery and steel works</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery, steel fabrication, and installation processes</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation tools (Excel, QS software, etc.)</li><li>Good understanding of contracts, pricing, and commercial management</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>GCC / Middle East experience</li><li>Immediate or short-notice availability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
