Joinery & Steel Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Joinery & Steel Estimator with strong Quantity Surveying (QS) expertise to join our team.

Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in joinery and steel works estimation and QS activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery, steel, and metal works projects
• Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Prepare and analyze BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Monitor project costs, variations, and value engineering
• Support contract administration and final accounts

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator / QS in joinery and steel works
• Strong knowledge of joinery, steel fabrication, and installation processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation tools (Excel, QS software, etc.)
• Good understanding of contracts, pricing, and commercial management
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

• GCC / Middle East experience
• Immediate or short-notice availability

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
