</li><li>MMUP Licensed (Grade -A).
</li><li>15 years of relevant experience in contract preparation, Settlements of disputes and providing advice on such issue.
</li><li>Strong background in quantity surveying, construction or engineering.
</li><li>Ability to understand engineering plans and drawing.
</li><li>Develop cost plans, cost strategies, value engineering, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing.
</li><li>Prepare and review cost/budget estimation using respective software.
</li><li>Ensure Compliance with quality management standards and health and safety regulations.
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
</li><li>Candidate must be in Qatar</li></ul></div>
