Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

We are currently hiring for the position of Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Fitouts) to join our team at the earliest.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically in fitout projects
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, BOQs, and project budgeting
• Ability to analyze drawings and specifications accurately
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take offs for fitout projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Assist in tender preparation and submission
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control support
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure budget compliance
