Job Description

CEG International is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our consultancy team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and financial control of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims
• Review contractors’ payment applications and certify progress payments
• Support contract administration and cost control activities
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts

Requirements

• UPDA Grade: A (Mandatory)
• Experience: More than 15 years of relevant experience
• Education: BSc / BEng / BA or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in building projects
• Consultancy experience is preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Only candidates currently present in Qatar may apply
