Job Title: AccountantLocation: Hamalah, Bahrain Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an ideal role for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in accounting. You will provide essential support in daily financial operations, ensuring our records are accurate and compliant with Bahraini regulations. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Data Entry: Maintain Accurately daily recorded transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.</li><li>Accounts Support: Cordinate with shops for managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.</li><li>Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations.</li><li>Compliance Assistance: Supervise staff in preparing Bahrain VAT filings and maintaining records for audits.</li><li>Reporting: Generating basic monthly financial reports and trackers.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li></ul>*<ul><li>Basic knowledge of accounting software</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).</li></ul><ul><li>Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Residency: Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain for immediate joining or Any nationality can apply.</li><li>Salary &amp; Benefits</li></ul><ul><li>Salary: typically ranging from BD 150 to BD 200 per month, depending on qualificationsqualification.</li><li>Benefits:</li></ul>*<ul><li>Health insurance and annual leave.</li><li>Benefits as per Bahrain Labour Law, including GOSI contributions for Bahraini nationals.</li><li>Accomodation included.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD150.000 - BD200.000 per monthWork Location: In person
