Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an ideal role for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in accounting. You will provide essential support in daily financial operations, ensuring our records are accurate and compliant with Bahraini regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Maintain Accurately daily recorded transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, into the accounting system.
• Accounts Support: Cordinate with shops for managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations.
• Compliance Assistance: Supervise staff in preparing Bahrain VAT filings and maintaining records for audits.
• Reporting: Generating basic monthly financial reports and trackers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Residency: Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain for immediate joining or Any nationality can apply.
• Salary & Benefits

• Salary: typically ranging from BD 150 to BD 200 per month, depending on qualificationsqualification.
