SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FOOD PRODUCTION (HORECA)

Are you a closer who can open doors and bring business?
Do you have strong connections in HORECA, catering, schools, offices, and ministries?

We are expanding fast and looking for a highly driven Sales Representative to push our premium range of:
1. Pastries, Cakes, Bakery Items
2. Sandwiches, Baklawa, Pancakes & Desserts
3. Bulk supply for catering & institutional clients

This is NOT a routine sales job — this is for performers who deliver results.

What You Will Do:

• Hunt for new clients and close deals aggressively
• Build strong B2B accounts in HORECA & corporate sector
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets
• Drive revenue growth for our production unit

What We Expect:

• Proven track record in food / bakery / catering sales
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Market knowledge and existing client network is a BIG advantage
• Self-driven, target-focused, and hungry to earn more

Compensation:

• BD 300 – 350 (all-inclusive)
• Attractive incentives – no cap (earn based on performance)
• Company car + fuel provided
