Sales and Business Development Executive - TAILORING SECTION

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Business Development Executive for UNIFORM industry to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, and in-depth understanding of PPE and other related HSSE equipment, and UNIFORMS for all types of industry with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationship.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field either PPE or Uniforms.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the PPE and uniforms industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understanding the clients' requirements and propose suitable PPE and other related HSSE equipment, and uniforms solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
  • Frequent visit to customers at sites and offices to assess and provide solutions to their requirements related to health, safety, security and environmental equipment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
  • Monitor and report sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD200.000 - BD400.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
