We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial planning, project profitability, and regulatory compliance for real estate and construction investments. The role requires strong expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and Bahrain regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess project profitability using IRR, NPV, and ROI.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial feasibility studies.
• Oversee project-based and multi-entity accounting.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage property transaction documentation and financial processes.
• Coordinate with banks for project financing and loans.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain regulations and statutory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong financial modeling and ERP experience.
• Knowledge of Bahrain property and regulatory processes.

Pay: From BD2,200.000 per month
