This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and transfer calls efficiently.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document development.</li><li>Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for creating reports, correspondence, and presentations.</li><li>Oversee calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments with precision.</li><li>Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support basic financial record-keeping.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels.</li><li>Support proposal preparation</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or proposal support roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Strong computer literacy including familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes.</li><li>Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communication.</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience in customer service or customer support roles with a friendly, professional demeanor.</li><li>Time management skills that enable prioritization of tasks and effective calendar management.
