<ul><li>Patient Handling &amp; Front Desk Management</li><li>Greet and assist patients/visitors courteously.</li><li>Guide patients through registration, consultation, admission, and discharge processes.</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.</li><li>Ensure smooth patient flow between departments.</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination</li><li>Act as a liaison between patients and doctors/nurses/administrative staff.</li><li>Provide clear information on hospital services, procedures, and billing.</li><li>Attend and resolve patient queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Records</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital information system (HIS).</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of admissions, billing, insurance, and discharge.</li><li>Handle confidential patient information with discretion.</li><li>Billing &amp; Financial Support</li><li>Support patients with billing queries and payment processing.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts/insurance team for approvals and claims.</li><li>Patient Care &amp; Satisfaction</li><li>Conduct regular patient rounds to ensure comfort and satisfaction.</li><li>Collect feedback and escalate issues for improvement.</li><li>Ensure high standards of hospitality and service excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field).</li><li>Prior experience in hospital front office / customer service role preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures will be an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Information Systems).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with patience and empathy.</li><li>Professional grooming and pleasant personality.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Based at hospital front desk / reception.</li><li>Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hospital requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
