Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Visit potential customers and explain product/service offerings.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Increase sales by converting leads into customers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, visits, and conversions.
  • Promote the brand through events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales team for smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and market analysis.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers also eligible based on skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
