About TAKMILTAKMIL (Teach A Kid Make Individual Life) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality education to out-of-school children in rural Pakistan. Since 2017, TAKMIL has been operating 150+ non-formal schools, educating over 5,000 children, and mobilizing volunteers across 10+ North American chapters. Our mission is to build a Pakistan with zero out-of-school children by 2047.Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing &amp; Media Coordinator will bridge the gap between technical digital marketing execution and creative visual asset production. This role focuses on executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, and designing high-impact visual media to drive the organisation's mission.Core Responsibilities1. Creative Media &amp; Graphic Design<ul><li>Conceptualize and produce professional-grade posters, banners, and digital graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.</li><li>Edit, format, and optimize video content and shorts for social media channels to highlight organizational impact.</li><li>Ensure all visual output maintains strict alignment with brand design guidelines and quality standards.</li></ul>2. Digital Marketing Execution &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Execute targeted marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, WhatsApp Groups, text broadcast systems, and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Assist with updating website content and building high-converting landing pages for specific marketing initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with North American chapter stakeholders to ensure marketing and media requirements.</li></ul>3. Campaign Performance Tracking<ul><li>Utilize tracking systems to monitor performance metrics for email cycles, landing page traffic, and social media reach.</li><li>Assist in analyzing campaign results to continuously optimize distribution and audience engagement.</li></ul>Key Skills <ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, email automation systems (e.g., Mailchimp), and Meta Ads Manager.</li><li>Basic understanding of website Content Management Systems (CMS), landing page mechanics, and digital asset formatting.</li><li>A strong visual eye coupled with an execution-focused approach to running digital campaigns.</li><li>Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and make sound operational decisions independently.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of a Master&rsquo;s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of professional experience combining digital marketing coordination with hands-on graphic design or multimedia production.</li><li>Previous experience working with a non-profit organization is preferred.</li></ul>Timings: 12:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 AM (Night Shift), 6 days a week (One day off; availability on weekends is required)Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please mention your expected salary.</li></ul>Work Location: Remote

With 193 community schools and 5000+ enrollments, we are committed to expanding access to education nationwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, working with Vue.js (Nuxt.js/PrimeVue) and NestJS/NodeJS, along with PostgreSQL database management.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development<ul><li>Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and PrimeVue.</li><li>Translate UI/UX designs into functional and engaging user experiences.</li><li>Integrate front-end components with backend APIs.</li><li>Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.</li><li>Implement responsive and adaptive design principles.</li><li>Conduct testing and debugging to improve performance and usability.</li></ul>Back-End Development<ul><li>Design and develop robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using NestJS and NodeJS.</li><li>Develop and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.</li><li>Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.</li><li>Implement microservices architecture where required.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance issues.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend systems.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; DevOps<ul><li>Work closely with designers, developers and QA team.</li><li>Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintain coding standards.</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, PrimeVue, NestJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL.</li><li>Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience with Git and version control systems.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Linux environments.</li><li>Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.</li><li>Proficient in using Jira as a project management tool.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred / Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with Azure Cloud.</li><li>Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience with state management (e.g., Vuex).</li><li>Knowledge of cloud-based and serverless architectures.</li><li>Experience with message queues and event-driven systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
