Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether working behind the bar or at the dining area, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to success in this fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.</li><li>Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while ensuring timely service delivery.</li><li>Assist in setting up catering events or banquet functions when required, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment.</li><li>Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and professionalism.
