Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while ensuring timely service delivery.
- Assist in setting up catering events or banquet functions when required, demonstrating flexibility within the food service environment.
- Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required.
