Job Title: Field Sales Executive &ndash; Commercial Sales Industry Preferred : Automobile Department: Sales &amp; Business Development Location: Pune (Wagholi, Rahatni, Tathwade, Hadapsar) Reports To: Area Sales Manager (Only Female Required)Key Responsibilitie Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and prospect new commercial customers within the assigned territory.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer onboarding.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups</li><li>Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events as required.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-centric approach.</li><li>Excellent territory management and time management skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience.<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or commercial sales.</li><li>Experience in the Pune market will be an advantage.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,056.66 - &#8377;35,306.52 per monthWork Location: In person
