Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Commercial Sales
Industry Preferred : Automobile
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Pune (Wagholi, Rahatni, Tathwade, Hadapsar)
Reports To: Area Sales Manager
(Only Female Required)

Key Responsibilitie Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new commercial customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events as required.

Qualifications & Experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or commercial sales.
  • Experience in the Pune market will be an advantage.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,056.66 - ₹35,306.52 per month
