Join us to shape financial strategies that propel our mission forward while fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity, and innovation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards).</li><li>Manage corporate accounting functions including general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and account analysis.</li><li>Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to support organizational growth objectives.</li><li>Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Supervise treasury management activities such as cash flow analysis, investment management, and cost control initiatives.</li><li>Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with ASC 606 standards and maintain compliance with governmental accounting regulations.</li><li>Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial data, and communicate insights to executive leadership for informed decision-making.</li><li>Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and compliance management to uphold organizational integrity.</li><li>Lead a team of finance professionals by providing mentorship in technical accounting practices, financial software utilization, and fiscal management best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong background in corporate finance, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IFRS, IAS, GAAP standards, including ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis, regulatory reporting, treasury management, and strategic planning.</li><li>Proficiency with financial software systems and tools used for balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and general ledger accounting.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.</li><li>Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate financial concepts to diverse audiences.
