*Overview*We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and nurture client relationships within our marketing, public relations, and advertising agency. The role bridges the gap between clients and our creative/strategic teams, ensuring delivery of high‑impact campaigns that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.*Key Responsibilities*- Build, maintain, and grow strong, trust‑based relationships with assigned clients (local and regional).- Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs for creative, media, PR, and digital teams.- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance monitoring; ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.- Present campaign concepts, progress reports, and results to clients; handle feedback and revisions professionally.- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, copy, media planning, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; contribute to revenue targets and client retention metrics.- Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoices, and service agreements.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices in Egypt and the MENA region.- Resolve issues promptly, escalate risks when needed, and keep client satisfaction at the forefront.*Required Qualifications &amp; Experience*- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.- Minimum *2‑3 years* of account management experience in a marketing, PR, or advertising agency (Cairo preferred).- Strong understanding of the Egyptian market, media landscape, and cultural nuances.- Excellent communication (Arabic &amp; English) and presentation skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).*Desired Skills*- Experience with social media strategy and influencer partnerships.- Familiarity with media buying/planning tools.- Data‑driven mindset (ability to read campaign metrics and ROI).*What We Offer*- Dynamic, collaborative agency culture.- Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.- Flexible working environment in a modern Cairo office.Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;15,000.00 - E&pound;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
