We partner with global clients across industries, delivering high-quality designs that combine creativity with impact.We are now looking for a Graphic Designer who is highly skilled in long-format documents design such as proposals and RFPs and can bring structure, consistency, and creativity to professional business documents while also contributing to marketing and digital design needs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and format long-format documents such as proposals, RFPs, capability statements, reports, and pitch decks (70&ndash;100+ page documents).</li><li>Use Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro to create clean, professional, and brand-consistent layouts.</li><li>Apply style sheets, grids, and master pages to ensure design efficiency and consistency across all deliverables.</li><li>Ensure all documents are both print-ready and digital-ready with correct bleeds, margins, and export settings.</li><li>Maintain and update InDesign templates, style guides, and asset libraries for recurring use.</li><li>Collaborate with proposal writers and subject matter experts to integrate text, charts, infographics, and imagery.</li><li>Revise and refine designs based on feedback while managing multiple deadline-driven projects.</li><li>Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, and brochures when required.</li><li>Stay up to date with design trends and leverage AI tools to improve design efficiency and creativity.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.</li><li>Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and Acrobat Pro (must-have).</li><li>Hands-on experience with long-format business/professional documents (70&ndash;100+ pages).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop (for image editing) and Canva (for quick marketing materials).</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal).</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma.</li><li>Experience designing for tech or SaaS companies.</li><li>Understanding of social media visual strategy.</li></ul>Why Work With Us<ul><li>100% remote with flexible working hours - design your day around when you work best.</li><li>Global collaboration: work with clients and teams across different time zones, giving you exposure to international projects.</li><li>Opportunity to work on innovative startup projects that value creativity and impact.</li><li>Room to grow and take creative ownership of projects.</li><li>Collaborative, supportive, and respectful team culture.</li></ul>&#8203;&#8203;Work Schedule:While you&rsquo;ll enjoy overall flexibility in managing your workday, availability is required for team meetings and collaboration between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time.To ApplyPlease share your resume and relevant work samples (especially long-format documents and business documents).Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in InDesign?</li><li>Do you have experience in Incopy?</li><li>Do you have experience in Acrobat pro?</li><li>Mention the types of long format documents you designed?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
