Senior Product-Focused Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend, UX, Workflow UI)

Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Product UI/UX & Frontend Systems

Engagement: Full-Time

Stack: React 18 + TypeScript, Material UI (or equivalent), Emotion/styled-components (or equivalent), REST APIs, Auth0 (or similar), Sentry (or similar)

Mission

Deliver a polished, intuitive web application experience for non-technical users by building clean, fast, accessible UI flows and collaborating closely on API contracts and platform behavior.

Responsibilities

Frontend architecture

• Build a scalable React/TypeScript structure (routing, state patterns, reusable components)
• Establish consistent UI standards using a component library (e.g., Material UI)

Complex forms & user flows

• Implement multi-step forms with validation, autosave, and save/resume patterns
• Create clear progress states, empty states, and error handling for a smooth UX

Dashboard & workflow UI

• Build data-heavy UIs (tables, filters, detail pages, status indicators)
• Design for usability, clarity, and speed for operational users

Explainability & visualization (when needed)

• Present computed results clearly with drilldowns and readable summaries

Quality & performance

• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility basics, and strong performance
• Add instrumentation and debugging hooks using monitoring/error tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years building React/TypeScript production applications
• Strong product sense: you can simplify flows and reduce user friction
• Deep experience with form UX, validation patterns, and state management
• Familiarity working with REST APIs and collaborating on contracts
• Strong attention to UI quality, accessibility, and performance

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tools, admin panels, or workflow-heavy platforms
• Reporting/export experience (structured data export, printable views)
• Familiarity with security-sensitive applications and least-privilege UX patterns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 per month
