Video Editor - Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC

Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.</li> <li>Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and routes.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.</li> <li>Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.</li> <li>Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries from clients and internal departments.</li> <li>Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to address any logistical issues.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).</li> <li>Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li> </ul> Application Questions <ul> <li>We must fill this position urgently.
